THOMAS ADDIS (TOMMY) On 12th July 2014, passed away suddenly at home THOMAS Aged 75 years. Dear Husband of Kath, loving Dad to Janette and Christopher, Step Dad to Lorraine and Philip. A loving Grandad, Great Grandad and a good friend to many. The funeral service and committal will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on Friday 25th July at 1.45pm. Black optional. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to The Air Ambulance.
