SMITH On the 10th December 2014 peacefully at home DIANE aged 44 years. The much loved Partner of Peter, Loving Mum of Mark, Danny and Shannon, a loved and loving Daughter to Frank, a loving Sister to Harry and Sister in Law to Susan also a devoted Auntie to Katy and Amy and loved Daughter in Law of Peter and Pauline. Funeral service will take place on 23rd December 2014 10.00am at Tyldesley Parish Church, followed by burial at Tyldesley Cemetery at 10.45am.
