LEIGH (formerly STANDISH) On 11th December 2014 peacefully in Hospital JOAN Aged 83 years. Joan was widowed from her beloved Husband Jimmy 23 years ago and leaves Son David and his Wife Alex, Daughter Pauline and her Husband Eric, Grandchildren Leon, Rebecca, Robyn, Penny and Great Grandchildren. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by family, neighbours and friends. Joan's family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Cancer Care Suite at Royal Albert Infirmary, Bedford House and Pemberton Ward for their care during Joan's illness. The funeral service will take place at Bedford Methodist Church on Tuesday 23rd December at 2.00pm.
