CHADFIELD (nee Harvey) Peacefully on the 12th September 2017, JEAN aged 72 years, much loved Wife to the late Cyril, a loving Mum to Anthony and Tracey, also a special Grandma to Courtney and Lee. Jean will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. The funeral service and committal will take place on Monday 2nd October 2017 in Howe Bridge Crematorium at 12:15 pm.
