MARIE DOOTSON On 25th April 2018, peacefully at home and surrounded by her loving family. Marie (nee Johnson), aged 88, beloved wife of Bill, adored mother of Joseph, Eileen and the late Christopher. Devoted grandmother to Thomas, Natalie and Rachael. A special mother-in-law to Denise and grandmother-in-law to Sunjee. A beloved sister and a cherished aunty, great aunty and friend. The funeral service was held at St Richard's Church, Atherton on 15 May 2018 and followed by committal at Leigh Cemetery. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends, neighbours and NHS Personell for their kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and generous donations to the Alzheimer's Society. Special thanks to Father Paul at St Richard's Church and to the staff at Abbey Funeral Services in Atherton. Marie will be greatly missed but will always be in our hearts.
