HILARY MARY COOK (nee GRADY) Passed away suddenly on 10th October 2014. Cherished memories of a dear Daughter & Sister. We never saw you close your eyes, we never saw you die, we only heard that you were gone without a last goodbye. A bouquet of roses just for you, sprinkled with a tear instead of dew, placed in the centre of a Forget-Me-Not Love, Mum, Dad & Sharon
