Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building and BUTTERMARKET STREET conservation area

Application No: 2017/31148 Proposal: Full Planning - (Major) - Proposed demolition of the former Kwik Save supermarket (Now Skate Academy) with the construction of a new residential apartment block (C3), comprising 144 dwellings (with a mix of one and two bed units together with ancillary accommodation including residents entrance and parking provision. The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Application No: 2017/31186 Proposal: Householder-Single storey side extension Location: 1, Newland Mews, Culcheth And Glazebury, Warrington, WA3 4EN Applicant Peta Carter.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
