M61: Heavy load delays ended

Delays for drivers travelling north on the M61 between Bolton and Chorley have now ended.
What was described on our Traffic Updates page as an "abnormal load" made slow traffic conditions on M61 Northbound between Bolton West Services and J8 A6 / A674 (Chorley).
A low loader carrying a boat heading towards the M6 originally caused the problem.
