Golborne Brass Band will be playing their first concert at their new Lowton Social Club home on Friday
A BRASS band will hold their first concert at their new home on Friday.
Golborne Brass Band, who are celebrating their 170th anniversary this year, have moved from All Saints RC Church in the town to Lowton Social Club.
Led by professional trumpeter and musical director Mark Harrison, Friday's concert will offer a blend of traditional brass band music and popular pieces.
It starts at 7.30pm and the on-the-door entrance fee is £2.
