Students learn the art of acupuncture

STUDENTS at Wigan & Leigh College enjoyed a visit from experts at London’s Confucius Institute.

Wellbeing workshops were created at the Image and Sixth Form centres in Leigh by the Confucius Institute's Yannan Yu, Doctor Jun She and tutor Jian Chen.

Students learned the art of acupuncture, cupping and self massage.

Changli Chen, from Wigan & Leigh College said: “The students learned so much from them, and a better understanding of Chinese culture."
