ACCOUNTANT'S secretary Sheila Anderson is celebrating her 75th birthday with another day at work.
Astley woman Sheila works as secretary to John Jackson, senior partner at Jackson Stephen, the Leigh chartered accountancy firm.
Sheila said: “I am absolutely thrilled having already celebrated my 50th, 60th and 70th birthdays with Jackson Stephen but I won’t be retiring just yet.
"I work with a fabulous group of young and vibrant people who, like me, are committed to the growth and success of the firm. I will keep working as long as I can give 100 per cent."
Sheila is one of the longest serving employees of Jackson Stephen, having worked for the firm for almost 35 years.
However, four members of the Jackson Stephen team have each worked for the firm for more than 25 years so Sheila’s record may one day be at risk in the future!
