Invitation to meet the Mayor of Wigan in Leigh Town Hall

FANCY a cuppa and a piece of cake while having an informal chat with the Mayor?
Leigh councillor and Mayor of Wigan Myra Whiteside has thrown an open invitation for people to call in her on this Friday, February 22, from 10.30am in the Mayor's parlour upstairs at Leigh Town Hall.
The Co-op and Pensioners' Link have provided refreshments and Wigan archivist Alex Miller will provide some interesting details about the mayoralty.
