Bucket collection volunteers needed for Beating Bowel Cancer at Asda Golborne

VOLUNTEERS are needed to help at a charity collection in aid of Beating Bowel Cancer.

On March 2 the charity is staging a bucket collection at Asda supermarket in Golborne for the foundation which works to save lives from the UK’s second biggest cancer killer.

Proceeds from the collection, between 1pm and 4pm, will be used to raise awareness of bowel cancer and support those coping with the disease. Regional community fundraiser Rachel Thomas said: “We are looking for people to give up a few hours of their Saturday to help.”
