A MUCH-needed service held a successful first open day at Cadence Cafe last weekend.

The event was planned, organised and delivered by the people who use Leigh-based Just BU CIC and to make the day extra special they made cards, cakes, gifts and heart decorations, as well as giving inspiring speeches.

Visitors included social workers, council and health teams, parents, carers and school leavers.
