Jack raised £660 by walking seven miles accompanied by his mum, Joanne, from his home in Atherton to the Hindley hospice in August.
Chief executive Dr Alan Baron said: “Raising £660 from a sponsored walk is a big achievement for anyone. Jack is a determined young man who always goes the extra mile for us.”
