Three people charged with burglaries at Leigh businesses

THREE people have been charged in connection with a series of robberies and burglaries over the summer.
They are alleged to have been connected to a catalogue of crimes at businesses across Leigh and Warrington between May 1 and July 18.
The robbers are alleged to have taken place during the day where stolen vehicles with changed number plates were used. The burglaries are said to have taken place overnight at businesses.
Lee Makin, aged 29, from Leigh, Daniel Atherton, aged 27, from Leigh and Lee Harper, aged 32, from Atherton have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary.
A 38-year-old woman, Nicola Wright, of Davies Avenue, Warrington, has also been charged with the same offences.
They will appear at Wigan Magistrates’ Court on November 15.
