A COMEDY night will help to raise the £20,000 needed to send a Westleigh High School pupil for treatment that may help him walk again.

Cory Peyton, aged 15, was left paralysed after he damaged his spinal cord diving into a pool this summer but has recently begun to move his arms again.

His family hope that treatment that is only available in Hertfordshire could help him walk again.

The Cory Revue is being held at Leigh Miners on Friday night from 7pm.

Tickets cost £5 on the door.
