TOYS have been donated to children who would otherwise have nothing this Christmas.
The Library Support Group from Atherton gave £200 worth of toys to the Salvation Army Christmas Gift Appeal, after ToysRUs allowed them to buy the gifts at cost price.
The group was also helped by the Friends of the Library and the presents were collected by Lieut Mark Catterall, from the Salvation Army, to hand out to families who have nothing.
