A MUM has joined an influential panel run by Asda to share her economic concerns.

Former teacher and mum of two teenagers Lyn Nutter will be asked for her thoughts on the economy, government policy and childcare.

Lyn says representing the Leigh store on the panel will give her an opportunity to express her concerns and views.

She said: “The standard of living for any family who has a stay-at-home mum is worse than ever.

Child tax credits did help considerably but are not rising in line with the rising cost of fuel and energy bills, so I need to save money wherever I can.

“Representing Leigh as part of Mumdex helps me share these concerns and my views on other issues, such as education – something I feel passionately about - and look forward to sharing my experience of as part of the panel.”
