A Thriller of a show to return to Manchester

A SHOW created to celebrate the career of King of Pop Michael Jackson is to return to Manchester’s Opera House.
Thriller – Live, a hit concert show which has moonwalked around the world and is in its fifth year in London’s West End, will return to Manchester next month.
The show brings to life the sensational music and dancing of Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5.
Cleo Higgins, former lead singer of Cleopatra and star of The Voice 2013, will star in the show alongside X-Factor’s Rachel Adedeji.
The show brings to life the distinctive high energy dancing and pulsating sound of many of Jackson’s greatest hits, blending eye-popping video footage and effects together with dazzling choreography by the show’s award-winning director Gary Lloyd.
In a career spanning 40 years, Michael Jackson sold an unparalleled 750 million records worldwide with the Thriller album still the world’s best-selling recording of all time.
The singer died on June 25, 2009, aged 50, when Thriller – Live was at the Opera House, Manchester.
It includes more than two hours of non-stop hit songs and pays homage to the world-class spectacle of Jackson’s legendary live performances.
