OUR pet of the week has been given a second chance at life.
Rio was thrown from a car window when she was just four years old but was rescued from a centre by Kelly Green, from Leigh, who sent in this picture of her 14-year-old dog.
She said: “She loves toys and cuddles and showing of for the camera. She is one special dog.”
