A MUSICIAN is heading to the land of beer and chocolate for a charity concert.
Folk artist Bram Taylor will perform at the Music Village in Brussels this June with Netherlands-based duo Elly Beurskens and Bruno van Hoek, at a fundraiser concert for The Alzheimer Research Institute.
The Leigh star, left, will also be playing this month at the English Folk Club, on the Costa Blanca, Spain and in New Jersey in May.
Bram will appear up and down Britain with gigs throughout England and Wales, plus a five-night tour of Scotland in October.
With 10 Fellside recordings to his credit Bram has celebrated more than 40 years in folk music.
Locally he always finds time to appear regularly at the free Nevison Folk Nights on Plank Lane, held every second Tuesday of the month.
