A RESPECTED theatre-maker is to star in his fourth play aimed at making Shakespeare accessible to young people.
Tim Crouch has written and will star in I, Malvolio, a production that will see the Twelfth Night character perform a charged, hilarious and sometimes unsettling rant.
The one-man show unlocks Shakespeare's play and tells a timeless story of bullying, prudery and practical jokes.
Part abject clown, part theatre-hating disciplinarian, Malvolio asks his audience to explore the pleasure we take in other people's suffering.
- I, Malvolio is at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton on March 10 and 11.
Tickets are £8 (£6 concessions) and can be booked from the box office on 01204 520661 or at octagonbolton.co.uk.
