A NATURAL play area in Glazebury is taking shape thanks to the hard work of volunteers.

With help from The Mersey Forest Team, volunteers have planted trees to form a hedgerow and a community orchard for the new play area made from natural materials just off Warrington Road.

The play area features climbing and seating areas made from boulders and logs, winding paths, willow domes and den-building areas, and wildlife-friendly hedges, trees and wildflowers.
