A LITTER pick aims to clear up a footpath that runs behind a Lowton school.
Lowton East Neighbourhood Development Fund (LENDF) have organised the litter picking event to clean up the path that runs behind St Catherine’s Primary School towards Lowton Allotments.
A class form the school and some of the teachers will be joining and equipment will be provided on April 10 at 10am.
This will be the first of many picks throughout the year as the Group has identified other areas which could do with a tidy up as well such as Hesketh Meadow Lane and the entrance to Oaklands estate.
