THE next stage of the development at Parsonage Way Retail Park has been given the go ahead.
Brookhouse Group has been given the green light to create a 2,000sq ft restaurant and three retail units ranging between 9,688sq ft and 16,307sq ft at the Leigh site.
The group is in talks with a number of companies and work is expected to start on site in September.
Mike Nuttall, group property director at Brookhouse Group, said: “We have been thrilled by the calibre of tenants that have been attracted to the site so far and we hope the next phase of development will be well under way by the end of 2014.”
