A WOMAN has denied wounding her partner with intent to cause grievous bodily harm following a stabbing incident.
Elenor Abbott is alleged to have wounded Craig Vernell with intent involving stabbing him in the chest on January 25 at her home in Widow Street, Leigh.
Abbott, aged 32, was further remanded on bail by a judge at Liverpool Crown Court yesterday, Monday, until August 1 when she is expected to enter her plea. A condition of her bail is not to enter Coltsfolt Close, Leigh.
A date for her trial, expected to last two days, was fixed to begin on August 20.
