RESIDENTS are being asked to share their thoughts about the council.

A survey asking questions about Wigan Council’s services is being sent to 4,500 homes across the borough as part of a “have your say” month in July.

The survey has been directly sent to a representative sample of residents and everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a draw to win an iPad.

The questions cover topics such as recycling, roads and anti-social behaviour.

Clr Terry Halliwell, cabinet member for service transformation, said: “It’s really important residents tell us what they think about the services we provide.

“We want to get as much feedback as possible so we can so we can use that information to make vital decisions in the future.”

Completed surveys should be sent back by July 29 and residents who have not received a survey can email their thoughts to ideas@wigan.gov.uk.
