GARDENS will be open to members of the public this Sunday, August 24.
Glazebury Methodist Church has teamed up with Bents Garden and Home to hold the Glazebury Garden Trail between noon and 4.30pm.
Six village gardens will be opened to the public in memory of Dorothy Graham a Glazebury villager who died on May 30, two days after her 82nd birthday.
Dorothy regularly hosted events at her home called Holcroft, where she lived for nearly 50 years and her family will be serving afternoon tea and refreshments there.
Tickets are £5 for two people if purchased before the day from the reception desk at Bents, Glazebury Methodist Church or by contacting Robert Graham on 07806 600508.
Car parking is available at Bents and Glazebury Methodist Church and the gardens will be signposted from the road.
