A MAN has been charged with manslaughter after a 62-year-old died of fatal neck injuries.
William Lynch, aged 41, has been charged with manslaughter and remanded in custody following the death of Derek Alexander Szostok.
Lynch, of Moresby Close, Leigh, will appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court this morning.
Police were called to a house on Moresby Close following reports of an assault at about 1.50am on August 26.
