Colin Welland
LEIGH Film Society is holding a tribute night in memory of Colin Welland.
The Leigh born actor and screenwriter died on November 2 after suffering with Alzheimers.
On November 15 the society will be screening one of his most popular films, Kes in the Turnpike Gallery in Leigh.
The showing will start at 7.30pm.
Tea and coffee will be on sale but those attending are asked to bring their own alcohol and food.
