Atherton man denies breaking into home with iron bar
AN Atherton man has denied breaking into a house in Wigan.
Robert Thorpe, 24, Spa Road, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to breaking into a house in York Street on October 17.
He also denied possessing an offensive weapon – an iron bar – on the same date.
Thorpe was further remanded on bail by Liverpool Crown Court to await his trial beginning in the week beginning on April 11.
