Stanistreet admitted the breach at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court
A MAN who breached a restraining order by contacting his former girlfriend has been given a 12-month community order.
David Stanistreet, of Larch Road, Westleigh, admitted the breach at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on June 9.
The 34-year-old was given a 20-day rehabilitation requirement with the community order and has to pay a £50 fine, £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
