A MAN from Atherton appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Tuesday, charged with assault and breaching a restraining order.
Paul Fisher, of St John Street, pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody.
The 43-year-old will appear before the court again via video link on July 4.
His trial is expected to start on August 8.
