THIS picture of a cherry blossom tree at Atherton Park was taken by amateur photographer Aimee Nowell.
The 20-year-old, of First Avenue, Atherton, said: “I took this picture earlier this month because I liked how the tree stands alone yet blooms like there is no tomorrow.
“It just shows how sometimes you only need to believe in yourself to show how beautiful you are."
The nursery nurse's passion for photography began as a Bedford High School student five years ago.
Says she goes out as much as she can to take pictures of her surroundings and improve her photography skills.
