A CAR wash business has raised £430 for a dementia support charity with a sponsored event.
The event was run by the staff at Big Bling Hand Car Wash, which is based at Atherton Service Station on Bolton Road.
The money raised will go to the Goods Deeds Trust, which is an Atherton-based charity that supports people living with dementia.
Mark Aldred, chairman of the Good Deeds Trust, said: “We would like to express our sincere thanks to all at the car wash for their support.
"The money raised will help the charity to put on events to support residents with dementia and their carers.”
