THERE are a feast of Yuletide events to look forward to at St John’s Church in Mosley Common.
Carols by candlelight will be held from 6.30pm on Sunday, December 11, and a Christingle and nativity service will take place from 10.30am the following Sunday.
Carols on the Common on Wednesday, December 21, will see singing around the Pit Wheel from 6.30pm before everyone heads to St John’s Mosley Common CE Primary School for mince pies and mulled wine for the adults and soft drinks and gingerbread men for the children.
The school will hold a Christmas craft fair and pamper evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday.
A £2 entry fee for adults includes a glass of Prosecco or mulled wine with a mince pie and a raffle ticket for the chance to win a range of prizes.
