James Dougan Watson appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court
A LOWTON man has been sent for trial after being charged with sex offences against two boys.
James Dougan Watson has appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court after being detained at HMP Littlehey.
The 64-year-old has been charged with two offences of indecency against a boy under 16 in the mid-1990s and a further 10 offences against the same boy when he was 16 or over.
He has also been charged with touching a 13-year-old boy in May of this year.
He was granted unconditional bail ahead of his trial, which will be held at Bolton Crown Court on January 4.
