Christopher Higgins appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday
A MAN accused of assaulting a woman and causing her actual bodily harm will face a trial on May 17.
Christopher Higgins, of Green Avenue, Tyldesley, appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
The 34-year-old is accused of assaulting a woman in Leigh on January 28.
Higgins is also charged with damaging a 6ft mirror belonging to the woman on the same day.
