A MAN from Leigh has admitted making a telephone call to emergency services on Sunday that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.
David Edwards, of Conway Close, appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old was conditionally discharged for 18 months and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim services surcharge.
