Police are appealing for information following the shop raid on Bank Street in Golborne
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman carried out an armed robbery.
The woman used a metal bar to threaten staff at a shop on Bank Street in Golborne at around 10am on Wednesday, February 15, before leaving with a quantity of cash.
She was wearing a mask and ran off towards Peter Street.
No-one was injured in the raid.
Anyone with information about the robbery should call Greater Manchester Police on 101.
