A TEENAGER has been sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months for failing to comply with a community order.
Daniel Evans, of Car Bank Street, Atherton, appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
The 19-year-old was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and adhere to a rehabilitation activity requirement.
The original community order, which Evans has breached twice, was made in October following a conviction for assault and causing criminal damage.
