A WOMAN has admitted driving a car without due care and attention while being under the influence of drugs.
Lyndsey Leyland, of Leigh Road, Hindley Green, had 51 micrograms of benzoylecgonine in her blood when stopped by police in Wigan on May 29.
Benzoylecgonine is the compound tested for in most substantive cocaine urinalyses.
The 36-year-old admitted the offences when she appeared before Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
She was fined £250, ordered to pay £120 court costs and a £30 victim services surcharge and disqualified from obtaining or holding a driving licence for 12 months.
