JOYCE Broughton (nee Gardener) got in touch from Vancouver to identify the pupils featured in this old Grange park shot we featured in the Star.
The picture, dating back to the 1950s, showed teacher and former Saints winger Steve Llewellyn with a class at the school.
Joyce wrote in to say: "Hello, I remember all those people on the photo. However I think the year was 1954-1955. Those were lovely days for me.
Back row (l-r): Keith Gosney, John Helsby, Frank Finney, Geoff Hitchen, John Fisher, Brian Hart, Jack Grace, Alan Fell, Ronald Fogerty.

"Margaret Heaton came with me from Holy Cross. Unfortunately Margaret died aged 26, she was my good friend.
"Beryl Keeley was another good friend, I bumped into her in town a couple of years ago.
"I hear from Olive Garner and Jacqueline Hewitt via email from time to time.
All our names began with F, G, H, J and K as it was our first year our classes were assigned by our initials.
"I still remember my school days with fond memories."
