A PROLIFIC shoplifter who assaulted two people has been jailed after breaching a previous suspended sentence order.
Lisa Lock, of The Beaches, Atherton, was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Monday after assaulting a man and woman on November 20 in the town.
The 40-year-old also admitted to stealing two turkey joints and several baby items on the same day.
Ms Lock was given a 16-week order after breaching a suspended order of the same length which was made on October 16 when she was found guilty of assaulting another woman in Leigh on May 11, and a man in Wigan on June 16.
She was given a further 16 weeks for the two assaults she committed on November 20, increasing the total length of her prison sentence to 32 weeks.
The defendant has also been convicted of a number of other shoplifting offences in the past.
