POLICE are investigating allegations a man attempted to abduct a 10-year-old boy in Leigh on Christmas Day.
The boy was walking on Richmond Drive around 3.45pm when a man allegedly grabbed hold of his arm and tried to pull him away.
The youngster managed to break free from his grasp and run to safety.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have not yet released a description of the man they are tracking in connection with the case.
