A TEENAGE girl was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Leigh yesterday afternoon, Thursday.
Police were called to the junction of Market Street and King Street around 3.30pm and found the teenager had suffered minor injuries after being involved in a collision with a car.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
