BURGLARS have struck at the bungalow of an elderly resident in Lowton.
The burglary took place overnight between Sunday, March 4 and Monday 5 at the property on Wensley Road.
The offenders removed a bedroom window from the bungalow.
Greater Manchester Police said: "We will be in the area offering support. Please keep an eye out on our vulnerable neighbours."
