A SECURITY company in Tyldesley is celebrating after being recognised by a former member of television hit programme Dragon’s Den.
Aurum Protection, which provides bodyguards and private event security to high-profile clients, was a recent winner of Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday Award.
The accolade is run on a weekly basis on Twitter under the hashtag #SBS in a bid to help small businesses to be rewarded for their work and grow as a result.
The company is owned by ex Royal Marines Commando Liam Hodgson, who himself is a bodyguard and collected the award from Theo.
Aurum is the Latin word for gold and was chosen to represent the level of service and commitment the company aims to achieve to its customers
