Appeal after attempted burglary at home of woman, 87
AN 87-YEAR-OLD woman was disturbed in the early hours last week as someone tried to gain entry to her property, police have said.
The woman, who lives in Hindley, was subject to an attempted burglary at her home in Hindley.
It took place at around 3am one night last weekend.
Police say that no entry was made and the woman did not see the offender. No furthe details have been released.
